"A performance change was made to the clients a while ago to sort large rooms by name instead of by presence. The cutoff for the sort change is 100 users, so in order to see presence-based sorting, you will need to make sure your room has fewer than 100 users in it."

In pratica per il canale principale non si può fare nulla, ma le stanze delle serie mostrano per primi gli utenti online e in fin dei conti è lì che dovete cercare i vostri avversari.

Quello è l'invito alla stanza della Serie A, dovresti cercare la prima mail in assoluto che hai ricevuto da Hipchat, conteneva il link per la registrazione al network e l'invito ad entrare nel canale di chat SwosIT.
In alternativa mi puoi passare privatamente un altro tuo indirizzo di posta elettronica e rifacciamo la procedura daccapo.
